When you book a course we collect your name, email, phone, payment info (via Stripe), and any medical or accessibility notes. When you visit our site we collect standard analytics data and (with consent) marketing pixel data from Meta and TikTok.
To deliver your course, process your payment, keep you safe, send you the marketing you've opted into, improve our website, and advertise effectively. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Stripe (payments), Google (analytics, email), Meta and TikTok (advertising, only if you accept cookies), our email marketing platform, and HMRC when required by law.
Booking records: 6 years (HMRC requirement). Marketing email lists: until you unsubscribe. Website analytics: 26 months. Waitlist signups: up to 12 months unless you tell us to delete sooner.
Under UK GDPR you can access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your data, and withdraw consent for marketing at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@londontradeschool.co.uk.
