None at all. The course is built for complete beginners. We start from the very basics on Day 1 and build up progressively.
Nothing — we provide all tools, materials, and equipment. Just bring yourself, comfortable clothes you don't mind getting dirty, and steel-toe boots if you have them (not essential).
You'll receive a Certificate of Attendance / CPD. This is a practical skills course, not a formal NVQ. On Day 5 we walk you through the next steps if you want to pursue formal qualifications.
You'll have the skills to handle common domestic plumbing jobs — fitting taps, fixing toilets, installing radiators, basic pipework. Many students start taking on paid work immediately. For gas work, you'll need separate Gas Safe certification (we cover the pathway on Day 5).
Full refund on your deposit if you cancel more than 14 days before the course starts. Within 14 days, your deposit can be transferred to the next available cohort. If we cancel for any reason, you get a full refund.
The course is held at our East London workshop — exact address confirmed in your booking email. Within easy reach of public transport. Full directions sent a week before your start date.
The £500 balance is due 7 days before your cohort starts. We'll send a payment link by email automatically. No interest, no hidden fees, no finance agreements.
